Coaching involves a personalized and focused relationship between you and your coach. Coaching sessions are tailored to the individual's specific needs, providing a supportive and confidential space for discussion, reflection, and guidance.
Working closely with you we identify goals, overcome challenges, and develop strategies for personal and/or professional growth.
I offer gentle feedback, accountability, and tools to help you navigate your journey and achieve your desired outcomes with creativity and joy.

My coaching is designed to move you to greater progress, confidence, momentum, and joy in your life and work. Together we will move your roadblocks and get you on the path to clarity, growth, direction, action, and momentum.
HOW IT WORKS
We start with a 30 minute kick-off call to welcome and guide you through the process. This is a casual get-to-know-you type call to make sure we fit and are both happy to progress.
There will then be a biweekly 60 minute coaching call (2 calls in the 1 month container, 6 calls in the 3 month container)
Whilst in your container, you can access Slack messaging for support (Mon-Fri 10am-4pm GMT).
Let’s get you back on track with your business, goals, projects, and focus. The longer you put it off, the more anxious you’ll get and the further you’ll be from achieving your goals.
