WHAT IS COACHING

Coaching involves a personalised and focused relationship between you and your coach. Coaching sessions are tailored to the individual's specific needs, that’s why we offer 1:1 coaching, providing a supportive and confidential space for discussion, reflection, breakthroughs and guidance.

Working closely with you we identify goals, overcome challenges, and develop strategies for personal and/or professional growth.

Offering gentle feedback, accountability, and tools to help you navigate your journey and achieve your desired outcomes with creativity and joy.

My coaching is designed to move you to greater progress, confidence, momentum, and joy in your life and work. Together we will move your roadblocks and get you on the path to clarity, growth, direction, action, and momentum. 

HOW IT WORKS

  • We start off with a 30 minute kick-off call to welcome and guide you through the process. This is a casual get-to-know-you type of call to make sure we fit and are both happy to progress.

  • There will then be a biweekly 45-60 minute coaching call

  • Whilst in your container, you can access Slack messaging for support (Mon-Fri 11am-3pm GMT).

Let’s get you back on track with your business, goals, projects, and focus. The longer you put it off, the more anxious you’ll get and the further you’ll be from achieving your goals.
